What once was an abandoned garage on a 6 acre property is now a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home.

New foundation poured for the addition to the old structure made room for another bedroom downstairs, a full bathroom, and 2 additional bedrooms upstairs.

The spiral staircase was chosen for its small footprint in the home. The homeowner wanted a more sleek solution to the building code so John designed the see through panels you see here. 

After gutting the entire building to its bones we were able to create the spacious kitchen, living room, and master bedroom.

The kitchen was designed at Ikea and installed by John onsite. The custom cabinets include shelving with deep drawers.

This job required extensive land clearing and a new septic system to be installed. John was onsite to G.C. the job every step of the way and even designed the horseshoe driveway!
